A Weekend Cut Short
The weekend that Andre died, he was anticipating a few things. He was looking forward to playing in a basketball tournament after school once his Mother arrived home from work. He was meeting up with friends that Friday, March 24, at an arcade later that evening. Andre was also excited for Easter Sunday; he and a good friend, Brian Latham, and a few others were performing a rap in the Easter program. He had lots to look forward to.
